For over 23 years, Neil has successfully managed commercial operations, has driven technology start-ups and has fundamentally re-imagined the businesses of two Australian Disability Enterprises. Neil has personally shown what innovation and commercial flair are capable of achieving in the supported employment space.
Neil also recently worked as an NDIS consultant, focusing on the changes in employment supports, particularly in programs offered to young people with disability.
Neil has championed initiatives in supported microbusinesses supports, being a true believer that people with disability can be business owners and entrepreneurs too.
Neil believes that there are disruptive changes afoot in disability employment. Neil helped to spur the idea of Support 4 Employment, believing that it is time for a fresh approach.
